Maverick Steiner
Swings to Life Thanks to Golf

Maverick Steiner has spent most of his five years in and out of the hospital. He was born with Congenital Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome which required chemotherapy and surgery as a toddler. The bones in his left forearm are joined in an unusual place and he has short, curved pinky fingers. Yet, he wants to play golf!

HMSHost Golf Outing raises $75,000 for The First Tee of Tampa Bay

This past October, HMSHOST raised a whopping $75,000 for The First Tee of Tampa Bay through its milestone 25th Annual HMSHost Invitational Golf Classic at Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Orlando. This is the single largest single donation that The First Tee of Tampa Bay has had in the past 5 years.

Gary Koch Invitational First Tee Shoot-Out

Gary Koch held his 2nd annual Gary Koch Invitational at Old Memorial to benefit the First Tee of Tampa Bay. Before the event began there was a Shoot-Out! The Shoot-Out format was two-man alternate shot. Each team was comprised of one First Tee of Tampa Bay participant and one Champions Tour player. Check out out the video below to see who won!
